Job Description

We are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our Property Manager and Real Estate Management team onsite in the hear of the Sydney CBD.

Reporting to our General Manager, you will be required to work 5 days a week from 8:30am till 5:30pm, and two Saturdays a month.

This busy and valued role will see you build strong relationships and support a close knit, dynamic Property Management team. With your proactive, team focused approach and high attention to detail you will excel in this fast paced, collaborative and sociable environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and formatting of submissions, reports & client documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials
  • Process invoices and expense claims
  • File creation and maintenance
  • Updating our client database & running of reports

 

 

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills & ability to prioritise
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
  • Proactive approach to your work
