Your new role
As the Asset Manager, you will be reporting directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include, managing new projects/CAPEX, ensuring maintenance plans meet the corporate and legislative requirements, manage the asset lifecycles, conducting cost benefit analyses of all assets and manage front office, customer service and maintenance staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your previous experience within a similar role, your ability to manage multiple tasks, and your ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
