The role
We are looking for a Principal to join our growing Economics team. The role requires delivery of economic impact assessments, market assessments and other economics advice to support development approvals and strategic planning advice.
Our ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years’ experience working in a similar consultancy environment with top tier developers, major landholders and Government clients. You will have a strong track record independently managing projects, clients and junior staff.
- Tertiary qualification in Property Economics or a related discipline (essential)
- 8+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong report writing and high level of verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
- Quantitative and qualitative research skills applied to property and/or urban economics
- Highly organised with project management experience and ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
- Track record in supporting business development in a consulting environment, including focus on client service, identification of new business opportunities and proposal writing
