Commercial Valuer
- National Australian owned Valuations agency.
- One of the strongest teams in the East Coast Vals market.
- Mixed Workloads, Mortgage Security, Private Clients & some Institutional.
- Work across Commercial, Industrial and Retail.
- Sitting in a Team nearing 10 Valuers, reporting to the Wollongong Director.
- Wollongong Office Based.
- Base starting at $80k and pushing upwards. Min 40% bonus.
Residential Valuer
- Mixed role, not just Mortgage Security work, but also private clients and some semi-prestige (sub $3M).
- Internally leadership focused; preferring to promote from within.
- Option to work from home or from the CBD office.
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + 40% over 2.4x
Generalist Valuer
- Fees are a good mix, ranging from $250 - $800 and higher per val.
- Premium bank panel mortgage security valuations.
- Long-term / solid Private Clients including major Retail Chains.
- Growing pipeline of Advisory work & compulsory acquisitions
- Occasional Valuations for Institutional Grade Assets.
