Description
This role will include but not limited to:
- Responding to clients' enquiries efficiently and effectively
- Arranging maintenance and repairs for works required
- Issuing levy notices and chasing levies in arrears
Profile
The successful applicant needs to:
- have similar strata management experience in residential or commercial level.
- be a team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills.
