Our client a dedicated leasing business has a unique opportunity for a Property Management Trainee to join their tight knit team.
An industry leader our client leads and trains a highly skilled, enthusiastic and passionate team of Property Managers who bring many years of industry experience together to manage a large portfolio of properties.
Their objective is to get the best possible result for all clients every time and places a high importance on their team receiving the best possible training and support. Your duties within your role will include: Processing applications, sending out work orders, booking of routine appointments, lease renewals, general administration, answering of the phone and assisting with general enquires.

- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft office systems

This is an entry level role in Real Estate where you will complete a Certificate III in Property management whilst receiving exceptional in the job training from the border’s best. This is a full time Traineeship, drivers licence is a must due to the nature of role. This is a junior role (Junior wages apply).
