Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing a small portfolio of 120 properties
Tribunal – You will be trained
Prepare Residential Tenancy Agreements
Open homes & leasing
Routine Inspections
Ingoing & Outgoing inspections
REST exp is preferrence

Skills & Experience:

Certificate of Registration
Property Officer or Leasing experience
Excellent presentation
Come with good references
Own car
