The candidate
- 4+ years of real estate sales experience
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Long-term Visa without work limit
- Self-motivated team leader who has accurate insight of real estate market
The Role
- Business development in designated areas, client development, plan and execute regional operation
- Build connections and channels in real estate industry, lead the sales team to accomplish sales targets
- Formulate, execute and adjust annual project sales targets and marketing plans based on overall sales strategy
- Participate with advertising and promotion strategy, offer advice on content and approach based on sales status
- Predict monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales outcomes, and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Build up and structure regional sales team, gather sources to achieve company sales target
