A Property Manager job with a high profile organisation in Melbourne's inner east.
Your new company
A reputable organisation in Melbourne’s inner east who are a leader in their field are seeking an experienced Property Manager. This exciting position has become available due to an internal promotion.
Your new role
Reporting to the head of Property and Leasing you will be responsible for managing the administration of the property database and portfolio, dispositions, permits, negotiations on leasing as well as contractor liaising and other related property matters. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager on scheduled maintenance of properties and maintain reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a natural communicator, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as the ability to work autonomously. You will also have a high level of administration skill and an eye for detail.
What you'll get in return
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role and if you have worked for a government organisation this will be highly regarded. You will have strong knowledge of property coupled with a property related qualification.
