The Role
As a result of continued growth an opportunity exists for somebody who has either residential or commercial property management experience to join this highly successful team. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Manager will include;

• In-going, outgoing and periodical inspections
• Lease negotiation and preparation
• Rent payments and reconciliation of accounts 
• Rent reviews and outgoings
• A myriad of other tasks! 

To be considered for the role of Commercial Property Manager you will require;

• Exceptional organisational, presentation and communication skills
• Certificate of registration
• Some prior property management experience
• A strong desire to learn and have a long career in property
• Own motor vehicle and drivers Licence
