The Client:
Our client is a nationally known privately owned Residential & Commercial development company seeking a Development Manager to join their team. The client is a market leading property developer with outstanding residential developments that continue to exceed market expectations.

About you:

Previous ADM/DM experience within medium to high density preferred;
Property related Tertiary Qualification;
Exposure and experience with updating financial models and reporting;
Great communication skills with all levels of stakeholders;

About the role:

Full exposure to all stages of development; acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery and marketing;
Work closely with the Development Director to deliver multiple projects;
Preparation of all relative documents; financial, council etc;
Attend all relative meetings in regards to projects;
Deliver luxury projects and make a mark on Canberra's property scene
