This position is responsible for supporting our sales team in assisting with attainment of their results.
The area’s which will be your focus are,
- Ability to list company generated listings
- Assisting with stalled sales
- Assisting with stalled listings
- Coaching and training around dialogue
- Skill based training
The ultimate goal will be to see this team reach 100 sales per month, and for the right person, will see them attached to profit share, connected and directly related to their ability to grow the sales team and increase our sales numbers.
