We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the Marketing Team, based in their Melbourne CBD Office. You will be working on marketing plans that deliver on stated sales and marketing objectives. This a great opportunity to work on some of the largest and best residential developments in Melbourne - both master planned communities and apartments! You will join a high performing team and culture, one which has a significant track record of success. 
  
Responsibilities:

• Foster liaison with media, agencies, market research firms, PR companies and suppliers
• Assist with developing and carrying out project marketing strategies 
• Assist with positioning brand, marketing activities and systems
• Enhance customer experience through customer service process, presentation, systems and programs to maximise sales potential
• Ongoing measurement and analysis of campaigns to ensure strategies deliver on budgeted sales targets and cost per sale
• Reporting project targets and market analysis

To be successful in this position you will bring

• Ideally degree qualified in marketing or marketing related discipline
• Experience working in the Property industry or on Property type campaigns
• Solid marketing experience in creative design, digital and social marketing, and working with agencies
• Analytics and data interpretation
• Good Microsoft Suite skills
• Social media experience
• Google Analytics
