ACRWORLD are partnering exclusively with an Australian owned Boutique Residential Developer & Builder for a newly created internal Sales Consultant role within the business.  Well backed financially, with a strong pipeline of projects across key growth areas of Melbourne and a design focused high-quality product this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant 
who is seeking a strong career path to more than just a Sales role, and the opportunity to work directly with the Development team to influence product and outcomes.

Working alongside highly experienced Property professionals and a supportive and approachable senior Management team, you will have strong marketing behind you with consistent leads, and an above market base salary plus commissions. With a strong pipeline and high quality stock, you should comfortably be able to produce outstanding sales results.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Strong built form sales experience essential -  medium density Project Sales experience from a Developer or Project Marketer or New Homes Sales experience from a home builder
• Well networked with extensive knowledge of the Melbourne property industry
• Extremely driven and self-motivated 
• Ability to build instant rapport and trust
• Strong track record of sales and stable working history.
• Own car and driver’s licence
• Ability to work weekends - Saturdays and Sundays
