The Position
This Senior Property Manager position is an important role in the business and will see you taking the lead on a valuable portfolio. Your core focus on the landlord side will be to develop and maintain relationships with landlords who have been loyal to this agency over a considerable amount of time, whilst overseeing a Property Manager and a Leasing Consultant. An important part of the position is to provide outstanding service and to grow and mentor your team.
- Manage the key clientele in your portfolio
- Mentor, coach and develop an experienced Property Manager and Leasing Consultant
- Continue to build strong relationships with the landlords
- Represent the property owner at tribunal hearings
- Manage any urgent/escalated repair requests
- NO routines, NO arrears, NO condition reports! Full support provided
The Person
- Experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Experience with REST
- Experience mentoring and coaching staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Impeccable personal presentation
