We are currently looking for a reliable Receptionist to join our team working 9am - 4pm each Saturday.

In this busy and varied role you will take on general administration and reception duties, such as answering phones, greeting clients, rental enquiries, and supporting our busy sales and rental teams. To excel in this role it is essential you have previous property management / rental experience.

The successful candidate will offer the following attributes:

• Excellent computer skills
• A current Agents Representative Certificate
• Highly organised, self motivated hard working and able to take initiative
• A high level of personal presentation
• The ability to work without supervision
• Able to multitask and prioritise work when required
• The ability to face a challenge with a positive attitude
• A professional yet approachable work manner
• Reliable transport
• A great attitude - being a team player is a must
• Experience with REST Rockend is preferred
