Partnering exclusively with FutureYou, together we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of retail consisting of neighbourhood & homemaker centres alongside strip retail.

My client is a leading boutique real estate agency that's specialises in the sales and property management of residential, commercial and retail property throughout both Australia and Asia Pacific.

Description

This is an exciting position that ill provide you with the opportunity to take over an exceptionally run portfolio consisting of neighbourhood shopping centres, a homemaker centre and some retail strip shops.

On a daily basis you will liaise with both landlords and tenants, manage all repairs and maintenance, organise and prepare in going and outgoing routine inspections alongside preparation of lease documents and rent reviews.

Profile

The successful candidate will have had previous experience in commercial or retail property management, hold an Agents Representative Certificate and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
