Opportunity to kick-start your career in development and join a prestigious and well known Development Group who have produced some of Melbourne’s most successful developments. This group currently has a vacancy for an Project Delivery Administrator to join their team and work on two exciting apartment projects which are currently in their early stages. On offer is a well-established and structured environment where you will be given lots of training and mentoring to allow you to progress your career in development.  
  
This role will see you exposed to all facets of Property Development and in particular; feasibilities, design development, consultant coordination, sales and marketing, tendering and construction. Initially your key projects will be two apartment developments however this group also have a successful track record in a range of commercial, residential and industrial developments. This is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s most proven development professionals.
  
The group are looking for a candidate who they can train and develop into a future leader of the business and it is expected you will have the following background:
  

• Degree Qualification in Property, Construction Management or Architecture
• 2-4 years of local industry experience
• Ability to produce accurate and detailed written reports
• Experience using Estate Master would be highly regarded
