                                       Senior Legal Assistant 
The Firm : 

This leading established litigation firm is seeking an experienced Senior Secretary to join them to provide first class support to one Partner and one Lawyer. 

Your duties will include : 

• Dictaphone typing of correspondence;
• Assisting Partner with office managerial type tasks;
• Client liaison at front of house;
• An ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
• Drafting letters and typing general correspondence;
• Compilation of briefs;
• Assisting with the preparation of court documents;
• Maintaining and managing diary appointments, filing, schedules, and travel bookings;
• Organising meetings with clients, legal representatives and relevant external parties;
• Receipting of cheques to trust account.

Requirements : 

• A minimum of 3+ years experienced as a Legal Secretary
• Experienced of working in a busy litigation practice 
• Excellent communication skills, confident to liaise at all levels
• A self starter who is well organised and able to prioritise workloads 
• A typing speed of over 70 WPM
