Full time experienced Senior Conveyancer required for an established friendly conveyancing practice in North Melbourne with the amazing opportunity to become a shareholder. The position comes with a personal assistant and private car park on site.
The successful applicant will have:
More than 3 years experience
Hold or be eligible to obtain a Conveyancing license
Handle currents files and seek new business
Be experienced in using Leap and PEXA
Experience in commercial, residential, subdivisions, developments and other property transactions
Have excellent written and communication skills and the ability to handle matters start to finish.
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and capabilities.
