The Sydney based Operations Team is currently seeking a Senior Motor Claims Consultant who is passionate about customer service, service delivery and team work to support policy holders through the end to end claims process.

A strong team player, who enjoys working in dynamic fast paced environment, the Senior Motor Claims Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of end to end fleet claims;
  • Analysis, review and management of claims to evaluate recovery potential and maximise recovery opportunity;
  • Management of the claims process through to settlement;
  • Maintaining proactive contact with all parties involved in the claim;
  • Interpretation, review and application of appropriate action on correspondence received from clients, third parties and service providers;
  • Ensuring adherence of company policy and procedure;
  • Completion of tasks within agreed SLA's and guidelines;
  • Asssisting the Managers with day to day tasks. 

With proven previous experience within a phone based customer service or call centre environment (motor claims desired), the successful applicant will have:

  • Solid communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Creative problem solving abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Developed PC skills
  • High level of customer service skills
