The Role

Managing a Commercial Heavy Motor claims portfolio end to end
Provide excellent customer service
Arranging assessment and determining liability
Stakeholder management and liaising with clients
Prioritising and working to deadlines

You

Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial or Domestic Motor Claims, Heavy Motor Claims Experience is ideal
Excellent communication skills
Common Law knowledge of the Australian road rules
Proven negotiation and customer service skills
Strong ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
