My client is a highly reputable firm who continues to build their presence in a competitive market place. This role as a Motor Claims Consultant is well suited for someone who has a passion for Commercial Claims and is looking to grow their experience within a reputable organisation.
The Role
- Managing a Commercial Heavy Motor claims portfolio end to end
- Provide excellent customer service
- Arranging assessment and determining liability
- Stakeholder management and liaising with clients
- Prioritising and working to deadlines
- Minimum 1 year experience in Commercial or Domestic Motor Claims, Heavy Motor Claims Experience is ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Common Law knowledge of the Australian road rules
- Proven negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
