Join our client- a reputable and well-established insurance & risk services company as a Claims Consultant (ongoing temp role).
As a claims consultant, you will work in the insurance team managing external commercial claims whilst providing top service to existing and prospective clients. Training will be provided, you just need the right attitude and drive to perform and succeed.
Your New Role:
• End-to-end management of external claims
• Process claims within set time frames and deadlines
• Respond to client enquires within agreed SLA’s
• Develop trusting relationships with clients through the claims process
• Be the middle point of contact between brokers and customers
• General administrative duties
What You Need To Succeed:
• Experience working in a commercial / B2B insurance role
• Strong background in commercial insurance and claims
• Ability to proactively develop strong business relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
