We are looking for self-motivated and committed professional looking to utilise their injury claims and customer ‎‎service experience to contribute to the success of ‎our team! ‎Due to internal movemet, we a full time 12 month opportunity for self-motivated and committed claims professional to join our Motor Accident Compensation team located in the heart of Darwin's CBD.

Our Motor Accident Compensation division is integral to the TIO operation, assisting customers in their moment of need. This unique opportunity will see you managing a variety of complex claims and driving best possible outcomes. You will investigate and review treatment requests with a proactive focus and build effective working relationships with claimants and key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Claims management experience or experience in a complex Customer Service environment
  • A high attention to detail‎ and superior customer service skills
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • The capacity to thrive in an environment which promotes accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Well-developed PC skills, good ‎organisational & time management skills
  • The ability to work a roster falling between 8am - 5pm, 5 days a week
