THE ROLE

  • Be responsible for handling enquiries, processing transactions and applications to contributions, rollovers, switches, and withdrawals
  • Well balanced mix of client services and admin across all aspects of super and wealth management
  • Proactively manage client on boarding and maintenance within a wrap platform environment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with advisors
  • Updating client portfolios and maintenance of data

  • Previous experience as an administrator within the superannuation, financial planning or wealth management industries
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills with a strong client service focus
  • Team player who takes initiative and can handle multiple deadlines
