To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking an Insurance Delivery Specialist to join our insurance operations area. Reporting to the Insurance Operations Manager, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to use your sound decision and analytical skills on a variety of tasks from complex insurance enquiries, managing incidents to resolution, onboarding new business, and involvement with product changes and projects.
You’ll need…
A well-developed sense of initiative, a proven talent for critical thinking, and the capacity to manage complex tasks from beginning to completion. You have excellent organisational and communication skills, and are able to build strong working relationships with staff and a range of service providers. You also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions.
Your professional experience reflects a strong understanding of superannuation and insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements, and you know how to evaluate and interpret policy documents.
