ABOUT THE ROLE

• Based in the strata team you will be responsible for your own growing portfolio across commercial and residential strata
• Review, formulate and implement servicing strategies to  grow your book
• Client facing role where you will be providing advice and strategically pursuing  new business opportunities with strata managers
• Be supported by a dedicated junior broking resource who will process your renewals & endorsements and handle associated general administration requirements
• Maintaining strong relationships with your clients ensuring their needs are identified and met through your proactive  account management approach

ABOUT YOU

• Previous broking experience in any line or an underwriter looking to be more client facing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-driven with the ability to manage your workload to tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
