The role: 

You will be actively involved in a varied portfolio and duties will include:

• Sourcing renewal quotes
• Processing renewals
• Quoting new business
• Assisting clients with enquiries
• Processing endorsements and cancellations
• Liaising with underwriters
• Liaising with internal stakeholders
• Assist with claims as required
• Other tasks as required

The person: 

• Minimum 2 years insurance broking experience 
• Good knowledge of General Insurance products 
• Sound relationship management skills and the ability to interact with underwriters and clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service focus and flexible approach
• Passion for new business
• Tier 1 Qualified (Tier 2 is acceptable however must be willing to obtain Tier 1 within first 12 months)
