Candidate & the Job;
Experience in a hatted environment.
Proven leadership/management skills will be favorable.
An understanding of modern Italian cuisine.
Respect for excellence through simplicity of produce.
High level of hygiene standards & cleanliness
Experience in rolling/making fresh pasta is a must, or a keen willingness to learn.
We are:
A bar restaurant of up to 50 seats, serving Italian share plates in the evening and a European styled short breakfast service.
By summer there will be another 40 seats added to the restaurant.
