Monkey Mania – Australia's leading operator of Indoor Children's Play Centre's currently has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Manager to join its team at our their newest location in Ringwood VIC.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years Management Experience
- Proven track record in leading an energetic and focused team to ensure that predetermined standards are consistently met whilst achieving operating budgets
- Experienced in handling conflict between customers or able to deal with difficult and challenging situations
- Have a current VIC Working with Children Check (or be willing to get one )
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Love working with children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well presented at all times
- An eye for detail to ensure the facility is consistently presented and operated to the highest standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to select, guide, train and direct a team up to 15-18 staff
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment and Management of staff
- Providing leadership, training and development
- Overseeing the quality of the service provided to customers
- Weekly Rosters and Recon's
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Hands on approach
- Quick thinker
- Ensure that stock controls and cash procedures are strictly adhered to
