The Great Southern Hotel Sydney located in the heart of the CBD is currently seeking a well presented individual to join our Front Office team in the Casual position of Night Auditor.
As our Casual Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the smooth check-in and check-out of guests, attending to a variety of guest requests and supporting Front Desk operations.
We are looking for someone to work up to 2 to 3 shifts per week on a seven days rotating roster from the hours of 11pm-7am, as per business requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- The availability to work on a rotating roster
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- A warm and friendly personality
- Confidence to problem solve without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
