About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave the venue, including taking orders and delivering food and drinks to the table. Must work closely with the team to ensure seamless and quality service as well as assisting other team members when required and necessary.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a waiter within a fast paced, high cover restaurant
• Experience using ResPAK is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
• Possess initiative and passion for the hospitality industry
• Professional, outgoing demeanour and a "can do" positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong guest focus and exceptional service skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a highly energetic environment
• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
