The Role
Be a part of the Merlin magic by joining us as Rides Team Lead at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre, Melbourne.
Reporting into the Operations Manager you are looking after two rides, a soft play area and a 4D cinema. You deliver training to the rides team and monitor performance on the floor. Next to your Team Lead responsibilities you work alongside the team as ride operator / host and deliver memorable experiences to our guests.
This is an extremely busy, fast paced and hands on role within a people focused culture.
About You
We are looking for someone with prior experience in operating rides as well as team leader and training skills who is looking to take their career to the next level in our fantastic attraction.
Ideally, you will have:
• Experience of Health & Safety regulations
• Cert IV in workplace training & assessment
• Responsible for ensuring all company standards and product excellence are consistently upheld
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to be flexible/adaptable as per the business operational requirements
This is a full time role, working 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is essential with regards working hours and weekends and Public holidays to support the needs of our very unique business.
