Position now available for Head Chef at Rockingham’s Premier Steak & Seafood Restaurant.
Latitude 32 is now recruiting for a new and modern Leader of our culinary team. We are looking for an experienced chef who enjoys dealing with local West Australian Seafood and is confident in all aspects of preparing and handling premium beef products. The ideal qualified candidate will possess great people skills with a keen focus on their ability to lead a team of top quality professionals. The successful applicant will be competent in all aspects of MS office, have a keen eye for detail and understands how to manage food costs as well as labour costs.
This position will commence immediately if available, but we are willing to wait for the right person if time restraints permit. Our new Head Chef will have the ability to take the lead role in all aspects of menu creation, design and costings on a seasonal release. This is a Full-Time position and Salary packages will be discussed on an individual basis and be based on commitment and experience.
