About Hawker Hall:
Housed in an historic turn-of-the-century horse stable, Hawker Hall is our representation of a food and beer hall that takes its inspiration from the vibrant hawker centres of Singapore & Malaysia. Inspired by the vibrant street-food culture of Malaysia, Singapore and other South East Asian countries. Potent curries, fresh noodles, crazy stir-fries, soft buns and lots of spice will deliver the richness, variety and fun of eating in a true hawker market.
 
Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a waiter within a fast paced, high cover restaurant
• Experience using ResPAK is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
• Possess initiative and passion for the hospitality industry
• Professional, outgoing demeanour and a "can do" positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong guest focus and exceptional service skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a highly energetic environment
• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
