The iconic Pub Hotels/Restaurants in Orange NSW (3 hours from Sydney) are looking for skilled chef/cook who can work in fast-going environment. The menu mainly comprises of different Modern Australian cuisines, Pub Classic.
TSS (SC 482) or RSMS(SC 187) Sponsorship is provided for the right candidates - Department of Immigration (Home affairs) will implement Skilling Australians Fund (new levy for sponsorship nomination at least $ 3,000) levy soon.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Food preparation and presentation
- Ensuring menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Maintaining a clean, compliant and efficient kitchen
- All aspects of hands-on kitchen work Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Recent graduates from Culinary schools in Australia
- Able to comprehend and follow Food Safety
- Food stock control knowledge
- Passion for cooking and presenting fantastic food
- Able to work productively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements for Visa application purpose
1. Must have relevant English Test Result (IELTS 5.0 or 6.0)
2. Must have relevant Certificate IV or Diploma of Commercial cookery
3. Must have at least 2 years experience
4. Current 457 visa holders welcomed
