The Mornington Hotel is an established business that is continually growing and expanding. Located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula the Mornington Hotel boasts 2 function rooms, a large sportsbar, accommodation and 220 seat bistro.
About the role
the role will be to assist the head chef in day to day operations. successful applicants will need to be available to work nights and weekends. the role will have you working in all areas of our newly renovated kitchen.
