The Venue
The Village Green is your complete entertainment venue featuring a variety of dining and entertainment options. Whether it's for a casual drink or a night out with friends, the Village Green has something for everyone.
We have many food outlets within our Busy Family Friendly Hotel. With an all you can eat Feast Buffet, Central Bar & Grill, Counter Meals in our Sportsbar, 2 Large Function Rooms with options of Cocktail style or A'la Carte. So this makes us the ideal location for family gatherings, coffee catch-ups with friends, family celebrations and special events.
The Roles
We are looking for passionate foodies that love a fast paced environment. You must have experience with a busy kitchen and have had exposure with fast paced service.
What we Expect from you
As a Buffet Chef
Be available to work 5 days a week, up to 38 hours per week.
This includes days/nights, week ends and Public holidays
Have understanding of Wok work, fryers, and desserts
Work well under pressure
Full understanding of Food Safety Standards
Maintain consistent quality
As a Casual A La Carte
Be available week days / week nights & weekends
Work well under pressure
Have understanding of Grill, Fryer & Pan work.
Maintain consistent quality
