Do you have previous experience of managing an Aged Care facility?

About the Role:

We require a talented Aged Care Manager to lead our client's excellent Facility in the Footscray area of Melbourne. This organisation has a passion for resident care, providing a crisp modern homely environment for everyone to enjoy.
As the Facility Manager, you will be leading a team of established and dedicated professionals.

Reporting to the Area Manager
Financial and Budgeting responsibilities, staffing, training, Occupancy
Ensure Quality planning, implementation and evaluation of needs
Develop and implement policies relevant to Aged Care standards and resident care

Requirements:

RN with AHPRA registration
Dynamic and Adaptable personality
Genuine passion for Aged Care, staff, residents and their families
ACFI and Accreditation experience
Experience as a Residential Site Manager or Director of Nursing is ideal but not required
