This is the most prestigious Facility Manager role within this large Not For Profit aged care organisation. As a flagship facility, you can guarantee you will get all the support you need to be successful!

Location: Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches this is a picturesque area that makes coming to work each day that bit more pleasant! A stunning location that will be ideal if you live North of Sydney.

Facility: With well over 100 beds this residential aged care facility is large but comes with a great staff structure. A lot of resources have been allocated to ensure that this home continues to excel. 
The facility has the ability to care for residents with a broad range of care needs including secure dementia.

The Role: Reporting to your area manager you will focus your time on ensuring a smooth running aged care home. You will manage finances & budgets, build a strong care team, ensure a great culture, provide exceptional care, oversee maintenance and the overall operations.

Your Experience: We are looking for a suitably experienced Facility Manager who can confidently manage a large residential aged care facility.
You will have - 

• RN Qualifications
• Current AHPRA Registration
• A background managing RAF's
• Proven track record in Aged Care management/ leadership
• Experience directing & motivating care staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with ACFI, Aged Care legislation & Accreditation 
• Experience with continuous improvement
