Our major contracts with State and Federal government departments have a number of engagements for experienced scribes becoming available.
Working with a variety of departments you will:
- Scribe with interview panels
- Take notes at interviews to accurately record candidate responses
- Assess candidates against selection criteria and score against the rating scale
- Providing advice and guidance to recruitment panels where needed
- Act as an independent panel member
- Prepare and write candidate comparative and individual assessment report in accordance with State or Federal government recruitment guidelines and policies
Some assignments may also require:
- Undertaking and documenting reference checks
- Providing candidate feedback
These opportunities are available for scribes with the following experience:
- Scribing for Director level, Executive level recruitment rounds
- Shortlisting and scribing for entry level, Clerk Level, APS levels and bulk recruitment rounds
- Experience writing selection reports
- The ability to work to tight deadlines with precision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing comparative assessments
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
