Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS6 Program Officer - Grant. This position is located in their busy Canberra office with an initial 12 month contract with possible extensions.
  
About the Role 
As an APS6 Program Officer, you will assist in ensuring that intended program objectives are achieved and that the selection process aligns with these objectives and will be administered in line with the seven key grant administration principles outlined in the Commonwealth Grant Rules and Guidelines.

Duties
  • Assist in the Design for grant programs
  • Facilitating risk assessments for grant programs
  • Ensuring grant processes are compliant
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on the grants selection and assessment process
  • Monitor the progress of grant round activities
