Salary Range $104,220 to 116,674 + 9.5% Super + RDO with contributory private use of a motor vehicle

Melton City Council is seeking a dynamic leader to co-ordinate our Children’s Services Programs.  To be successful you will have a strong commitment and passion for working in the Early Years with accomplished leadership experience.

The successful applicant will become a key member of the Families and Children’s Services Leadership Group and will be expected to lead by example and inspire the Early Years Teams by role modelling a commitment and passion to providing exemplary services.  You will possess excellent communication skills and will utilise a consultative approach that is inclusive of staff and open to innovation and change.  The capacity to see the big picture, create a common vision and make informed decisions is essential.

A tertiary qualification in early childhood with extensive experience in leadership and working in the Early Childhood industry is essential.
