We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Maintenance Operations team to provide ongoing support and enhancement of Boeing Defence Australia's (BDA's) Maintenance Management System (MMS) suite of tools and applications.
The Maintenance Operations team supports the maintenance management and operation of the Boeing F/A-18A/B Classic Hornet, F/A-18F Super Hornet and F/A-18G Growler, Boeing E-7A Wedgetail, Boeing C-17 Globemaster III, Bell 206 Kiowa, Sikorsky S70 Blackhawk and the Airbus EC135 platforms across Australia at RAAF Base Amberley and Williamtown, Swartz Barrack in Oakey and HMAS Albatross in Nowra. In addition, the Maintenance Operations team supports the maintenance and operation of training devices in support of the above aircraft and the P-8A Poseidon at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
We are seeking candidates who are motivated, self-starters capable of managing tasks to closure with the following skills:
- Sound knowledge of aviation maintenance management and maintenance operations
- Proven experience with the operation of aviation MMS tools
- Experience with Defence CAMM2 application and/or civilian Oracle ERP complex Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (cMRO) or equivalent is desirable
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making by senior leaders
- Proven experience in process documentation development and improvement
- Experience in training development and delivery is desirable
- Ability to travel to BDA sites on an ad hoc basis
