Scheduling Team Leader (STL)
Working with Australia's leading manufacturer and supplier of reinforced steel to majour projects s across Australia, the STL role is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding one that puts the role in the heart of new technology and strategic approaches to a challenging work-space.
Key responsibilities include,
- Scheduling Management- Leading scheduling team, overseeing all daily activities, process improvement/optimisation, external/internal stakeholder managament along with training new team.
- Customer service- KPI and DIFOT management, develop relationships with key external stakeholder, site visits, issue resolution along with root cause analysis.
- Coordination and Liaison- Working with customers, production planning and manufactoring team to ensure delivery of product OTIF.
- Negotiation- With customers and resolving of fluid issues that occur in this ever changing environment.
Technical Skills required-
- Highly efficient in CAD skills.
- Strong knowledge of 360 design and build supply chain.
- Understanding of steel rebar manufacturing.
Desired experience and qualifications,
- 8+ years scheduling, planning, detailing in a manufacturing buisness (steel, glass, concrete are advantageus)
- Engineering qualification- Civil or Manufacturing
