Full Job Description
 
Currently seeking two Senior Project Managers for a leading consultancy to work out of their Sydney office. This client offers services in Development and Project Management, Advisory and Program Management. They have an exceptional reputation in the market for being leaders in the field and have successfully delivered projects in Health, Infrastructure, Retail Commercial, Aged Care and Educational sectors.

Due to an increase in workload and projects in the Health & Tertiary Education Divisions, either just starting, or started, opportunities have arisen for two Senior Project Managers to join the team. Each person would join an innovative team in their respected divisions and see them delivering schemes, either as a team or leading significant and complex projects.
 
Key Requirements
 

• You will have completed a Bachelor of Construction, Engineering or a property related degree.
• You will have experience both working for the contractor, direct for the client or a consultancy
• You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry 
• It is crucial that you have experience working on Health and/or Tertiary Education Projects having worked on them from inception through to completion
• Strong technical knowledge and proven experience
• You will have extensive experience in Design Management, Contract Negotiation and Management and Stakeholder management. Ideally you will have experience in dealing with Health sector stakeholders
• You will either have had experience working on these complex Health projects either leading a project or within a team

 
Ideally the successful candidate will hold experience on projects of a similar scale and is looking for a new challenge, opportunity to lead and run projects and grow with this collaborative organisation.
