Your new role
Responsible for the controlling and numbering of hard documents in a timely and accurate format, assisting with correspondence and co-ordination on all major Melbourne projects. You will be liaising with local commercial Project Managers as well as in China including 2D designer surveys.

You will be responsible to manage subcontract packages, scopes and lettings, procurement schedules and assist with head contract, progress claims, delay claims & external variations. This will also include planning, risk management, reporting, resource management, contract management and project control.

What you'll need to succeed
Communication and accuracy is key to this role, you will draw on experience from the construction industry dealing with multi-million dollar clients and projects. Quality assurance and accuracy are paramount as well as efficiency in your work.

You will be balancing multiple project managers correspondence at any given time so time management and organisation are a valuable asset also.
