Site Manager required for immediate start in Melbourne's booming south-east
Your new company
A company that is making a mark in the domestic build space, particularly through the south eastern corridor has an immediate opportunity for a building supervisor to join their experienced team to work on a double storey townhouse development.
Your new role
Working predominantly on medium density space within Melbourne's booming outer south east, the successful candidate will join a quality construction team and be responsible for delivering within achievable time frames and budget. Managing and coordinating trades, ensuring quality standards, workflows and ensuring WHS adhered to are additional key responsibilities.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this exciting role, you will ideally have
• a carpentry background,
• proven residential supervision experience, townhouse experience preferable but not essential
• Be highly organised, with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high performance and collaborative environment.
