About the role
With the flexibility of working out of any of our locations your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Accurate and timely detailing of roof trusses and wall frames
- Liaising with customers, handling their enquiries in a professional and appropriate time frame
- Pricing and quoting
- Provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients, taking initiative to work towards the goals and values of our business
- Be an integral part of our team, working effectively with all team members and stakeholders

Skills and experience
- Experience in MiTek software advantageous
- Previous trade experience or experience in Truss and Frame detailing preferred
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interpret residential and commercial plans to complete detailing and quotations for the projects
- Prepare plans and specifications for truss and frame manufacturing
- Excellent computer skills
- Flexible, honest and hardworking
- Stong focus on customer service
- Must enjoy client interaction
- Be a team player
